12. Player and App User Privacy Policy

When we say “User” we mean an App User and people browsing our websites. “Struckd” is inclusive of all Struckd by Unity products. When we say “Personal Information” we mean information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. Personal Information does not include aggregated, de-identified, and/ or anonymized information, i.e., when the information has been transformed so that it no longer relates back to a person’s identity.
